General
All our jewelry is 925 sterling silver
All silver items are free of nickel, lead and cadmium.
Shablool complies with international employment standards and regulations regarding wages, health and the Environment.
A one-year guarantee is given upon all jewelry items you buy through the Shablool website.
Orders cannot be cancelled once you complete the purchase process.

Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Delivery
Goods are shipped once payment is fully cleared.
Jewelry ships within up to seven business days depending on the quantity.
Goods are shipped only by registered post.
Jewelry is shipped via a courier chosen by Shablool at its sole discretion.
Shablool shall not be liable for any delay in shipping once the order is in the hands of the courier.
Customer Return Policy
Shablool will exchange or accept the return of an item purchased through this website up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All items received for return or exchange must be in the same condition they were at the time of sale and in their original packaging. The original purchase receipt must be included for all returns. Contact info@shablool.com in order to receive a Service Order Number prior to shipping back the jewelry.
Returns and exchanges will incur a 5% cancellation fee + shipping fee that will be deducted from the original selling price.
Shablool is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the merchandise during return shipping.
Special terms and conditions for resellers:
There is a minimum order required of 1500 us dollars.
Reseller supply time is from 2-4 weeks depending on quantity. Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you with estimated time of arrival and the shipping and insurance costs.
The jewelry is shipped via UPS Saver unless otherwise requested. UPS delivery time is around 2-4 business days.
No returns will be accepted.
After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to request your method of payment.
We accept all credit cards and wire transfers.
Shipping and handling- Each item is placed in a zip-lock plastic bag with its style number and quantity.
Once the order is shipped, its invoice and tracking information will be emailed to you for convenient reference.
Privacy policy
Shablool collects only those basic personal details required to process your order. Shablool does not store any financial or credit card details in any form. We will not trade, sell or distribute any information provided to us by our customers to any other companies, organizations or individuals.
Shablul reserves the right to mail in emails to its customers who have entered their personal email address
